November 10 - Social Security, Medicare, and Withheld Income Tax

If you've fully and punctually deposited all your quarterly taxes, ensure to file your Form 941 for the third quarter of 2025 by this date.

November 17 - Monthly Depositors

Employers adhering to the monthly deposit rule should ensure their deposits for October's Social Security, Medicare, and withheld income tax are completed by November 17. This date also applies for nonpayroll withholding deposits for October, under the same monthly rule.

Weekend and Holiday Adjustments:

Tax deadlines that coincide with Saturdays, Sundays, or legal holidays are extended to the next appropriate business day.
